El Salvavidas was born three years ago in my home kitchen, but its flavors have roots going back to 2005, when my parents first started their taco truck. My mother, from Nayarit, and my father, from Jalisco, inspired me to share these authentic Flavors with the world. Thanks to them—and with God’s blessing—El Salvavidas has become what it is today.
